I thought I would write a little post on what I am working on at the moment. There were only three of us that signed up for this swap, but it should still be pretty fun. I went and got the patterns today and I am hoping, cross my fingers, that I can sew my little buns off this weekend. I feel like I haven't really posted much along the lines of creativity lately. I haven't stopped working on art. I have a ton of ideas for my scrapbooking art, and I am in the process of signing on for a little arts and craft festival this July. I have to look into the specifics. If it costs too much to set up a booth I might have to change my focus. Well that's it for now. I am going to go snuggle up next to my sweetheart and get a little sleep. Hopefully the little Air Bear will sleep better tonight than she did last night. Goodnight all!

I thought I would bring you up to date on my walking goal. 30 miles so far. I was unable to walk on last Thursday because Sara was worried about Hailey being in the wind. Monday and Tuesday I was unable to walk because Sloan was sick. Kinda a bummer. I really missed it and I was so excited to get back to the Marina and walk. Melanie and I and one other girl from church have all agreed to run a 5k in the fall. It will be fun to have a group of us running, that way we can all encourage one another along the way. Next spring I would like to do a 10k and then by next fall I want to run in a half marathon. I am very motivated by goals. I have to see an end date that things need to be done by, or I find myself putting things off. I can sometimes pull this off with my art work. Running is a different story. I think these are healthy goals to set for myself. If anyone knows anything about running and has any pointers for when I start training, please feel free to let me know.
