A Jammies Kind of Day

Jammies at breakfast

& Jammies at lunch.

Who can resist wearing jammies all day long every once in a while? Today seemed like the perfect day for this. It was super cold all day & with all the runny noses and coughing going on I figure my little munchkins needed to feel as cosy and comfy as possible.

The girls love it when I take pictures of them at the table. I feel like these are the moments I will forget as I get older. That is why I take pictures like this. The mundane everyday tasks. Oh how I love to watch their munchkin hands and rosebud mouths as they eat a meal. I worry I will forget these moments. That I will only have a box full of "pretty and posed" photos. These mundane, everyday moments are what make my life so full of joy and happiness. Yes, I will definitely file these away in my box of memories. Right next to the pretty and posed photos.

Thanks for reminding me to enjoy the moments...today was a super hard day. I really missed my hubby and ALL of the kids were grumpy...I think I will take pictures next time.

Wonderful memories, Summer! I love the angle that you are taking them from, too. They are treasures (your children and the pictures), for certain!:) Lori
