Weight Loss Wednesdays

Hey you guys! weighed myself last week and the results were unkind! Ugh! gained 2 pounds. So that's the bad news. The good news.....I started running in the mornings! Melanie & I walk the first mile to warm up (our walk is a fast walk). Then we do fartleks. They are really great for building muscles. When I ran cross country in high school we did them at most practices.

The running has given me the renewed energy that I needed. I look forward to workouts. There is something so relaxing about running. I look forward to the day I can run the WHOLE 3 miles & then some.

OOOH I am not a runner...good for you on the exercising.....maybe you are gaining muscle.

I lost but only what I had gained the week before~LOL

This WLW is very motivating though :)

I really need to get back on my elliptical. I need the extra energy to get me through the day. I also hope to one day be able to get more miles completed.

Good for you with the exercise. Keep up the great work.

oh, wow ! i've been doing the same thing but i walk instead of running. walking early in the morning has really been good for me. i walk for 1 hour almost 4 miles. i pull two very steep hills, (good for the touche) it's funny, i too seem to have gained 2 pounds but i look more trimmed. i do believe that it is the muscle gain. gaining muscles can play tricks on you. but glad to hear you working out,keeps me motivated to keep going. i hope all is well with you and your family! have a lovely weekend!
