The Orphanage

I checked this movie out last week and I have put off watching it because the preview of the movie scared me for two days straight. Once that happens I am compelled to watch the movie or the preview will haunt me forever. I am not kidding about this. I have done this with many movies over the years. I am also a firm believer of what you don't see is usually scarier than when you actually have the chance to watch. This was one of those movies. I loved Pans Labyrinth. If you haven't seen it you should. This was by the same director. I would liken him to a Spanish version of M Night Shamalyan. You think you know where the movie is going then, BAM! Oh I didn't see that one coming. This movie was so well made and a haunting story. It honestly wasn't scary once I watched it. I am going to let Sloan watch it tomorrow. Just kidding. Really go rent it and let me know what you think. Don't forget to rent Pans Labyrinth at the same time. You won't be disappointed.

PS. I might leave the bathroom light on tonight, maybe.
